Beautiful Victorian style hat wall hanging from the 1990’s. I don’t see a tag of any kind, it could be hand made. Excellent condition. The only flaw is on the inside of the hat, the lace is pulling away and there’s some marks from hanging, see pics.
The hat itself is approx 14.5” x 13.5”, the lace extends about 1.5” beyond the edge of the hat. The long lace ribbons are 5-6” wide. Approx overall length of hat & ribbons is around 4’ 4” long
